Follow the upcoming steps in the given order, until you solve the error.

  • For instance, remove the HDMI cable from the port and reconnect again firmly

  • Turn off the Apple TV and streaming device, unplug and reconnect again to the power outlet after a while

  • Ensure you have selected the right HDMI input port to connect your Apple TV. If there is any defect on the port or HDMI switch, it may cause trouble in loading the contents, which will end up in the error

  • Always use the premium HDMI cable for all your streaming devices. Using other branded cables or low-quality random cables may end up in failure on connection

  • Thereby try out a different cable and then access the settings and adjust the HDMI options

  • Try out for restoring the current settings to factory settings on your Apple TV. You can do this step by entering the settings->system and then ‘reset’

  • Select the ‘reset and update’ option to reset and get the latest available software update for your Apple TV

By doing the above steps itself, at maximum, the error will be resolved. Otherwise, you have to contact the support services @ +1-844-576-1390 for direct mending.
